Make A Volleyball Using Symbols
Tere! Tere! Tere!
I actually wanted to have since reported a few days with you ... but I'm getting quite a lot, whereas we are a city of 22,000 inhabitants may hardly believe, but here we are, I think, not so boring. And I feel myself just poodle good: have now also meets a nice seeeeeeeehr French from Toulouse, in Viljandi makes his volunteer service! :-)!!! So can Snakkers finally French. Last night we were at the birthday party of Valentina (an Italian volunteer) and have a few French, Portuguese, German and English volunteers from Tallinn & Co. met. Viljandi is where the world (most recently, two Australians have taken to write about ... but still I think is a bit too much).
now but for now all over again:
Believe it or not, but the Fabian has now actually managed to remember to look up two Estonian words longer than two minutes ... just have a short time as they are called ... oh yes nädalavahetust "Ilusat! "(emphasis on the first syllable). This means" Have a nice weekend! ". And I could just say for the first time since my first work week is now over! Am indeed very nice tired and worn out, will it also used in my personal combination dream project: the nursery of the Lasteabi-ja Sotsiaalkeskus (Children relief and social services center ") Both of my roommates work in Lasteabi-ja Sotsiaalkeskus, but in other projects (such as. in a group home for disabled young people).
Seven kindergarten children from three employees and now maintained by me ^ ^ and are hindered from easy to difficult mentally and physically. I will write the next time, a few lines to the children, when I know more about disabilities: the staff speak to me in fact almost exclusively Estonian or fairly broken to speak German and English ... in Estonian on the disabilities of the children is why I have not really succeeded. ^ ^ The caregivers, however, are incredibly sweet, funny and helpful and therefore I earnestly seek to teach Estonian. Which brings us again would be at the prejudices about the supposedly physical contact shyness ends and sealed Estonians: I own all that is going tomorrow first hug and asked me how it goes (which according to many Estonians ask the guide only seeeeeeeehr good friends). And in Estonia supposedly unpopular "Thank
" is said, at least in my project at almost every opportunity.
I work from Monday to Friday 8 up to 13 clock, will soon be in parallel in a second project with older children. Since this project currently is an intern but still, I am now working first in kindergarten: is probably better that way because I'm going to need a few more days or even weeks to learn to assess the children some extent, and can really know. The daily program in kindergarten looks something like this:
7.45-8.30 clock: wake up and play
8.30-9 Clock: breakfast
90-10 Clock: Play
10:00 - 10:30 clock: morning circle
10:30 - 11 clock: Singing, crafts, "educational"
11 - 11.45 Clock: play, walk
12:00 - 12:30 clock: Luncheon of the staff / carers
12:30 - 13 clock: Luncheon of the children
beyond: nap
I play mainly with the children (handkerchief blowing, puzzles, ball games & Co.) and go for a walk with them. Otherwise, I help with dinner or passe to the fact that they eat (at all) and help just when on and off, on-the-Go toilet, changing diapers, brushing teeth, etc. And I sing (a lot). Have one of the children "little Johnnie" with the other day even be able to bring such an extent that it remains quiet sitting on the toilet ... alternatively I sing the Swedish national anthem. To at least a few songs to Estonian . Learning is Inga (my roommate) and I on Monday evening at the cultural center to "sing" gone, of course, hoping to catch our first Estonian friends, the singing was like but then more of a meditation ritual of followers of a local nature religions as a choir rehearsal: front sat two men with a beard, and before that several rugs were in a circle. All around were a few chairs and R
aum was so in the wood-stone-block huts style ... well ... man a first a few words spoke in Estonian, drank tee and began at once to loudly ancient folk songs to sing ... after 6 or 7 words sung or hummed the Estonians always after what the man sang the front ... then someone told from the audience was ... then persuaded the two men ... then they sang again ... then went out a few, a few new ones were added, then went off again, singing again ... and then told anyone anything. Later I gesnakkelt me with a very symathischen Estonian sound engineer and learned that the whole is more or less a loose, open meeting, where you just go back and sing, drink tea and tell what. We also have two Estonian students got to know that we now (along with the sound engineer) are our friends and have not be singing every word Amplifier
(It must therefore have acted to seeeeeehr old folk). In any case, it was very cozy, but just a little "strange"
Speaking of "strange". Estonians are the world record holder in the swings (7.02 m and 5.86 m East of the Destin). The swings are here but rather the thought of standing swings (you can see below in the photo) ... There are also swing championships, where they strapped themselves in these swings and tried several times to roll over. Me personally has been the swing out far too reminiscent of the ship rocking at Heide Park.
But back to the really important things: I live in Viljandi (South Estonia) - and I simply could not imagine a more beautiful and more welcoming (in a positive sense-meaning) Estonian city: as a mixture of Noisy Village, Gleidingen and Neubrandenburg. ^ ^ Here, since the Academy of Culture (a branch of the University of Tartu), and it is also a kind of mini-university town, therefore, is to us here not so boring ... on Wednesday evening we were first with the two female students, which we are on Monday night met while singing, had agreed in the Liverpoolbar (found there in the winter instead of twice a week, jazz concerts). Viljandi city is a mixture of Noisy Village and sliding things. Patrice, Inga and I live 20 minutes walk from the city center in an apartment block ... BUT (!!!) and I think that this is very important to Estonia as I have learned to know so far to understand: the first look says actually nothing. Our residential
UNG is an orange hall, a green kitchen, a pink (hygienisch-sauberen! !!^^) marble bathrooms (including functioning washing machine), a green room (Inga) and on anything but a cramped room for Patrice and me (including television and Internet access - unfortunately we have no W-LAN). The hallway and two rooms have then gone on laminate ... :-) And very importantly, the heater works! Namely so we have about 7 degrees ... and I will be getting cold. Two minutes from our front door is then the Viljandisee, in the winter now and then is completely frozen, which the Estonians, of course then seduced into thinking up new sports. Oh yes, there is also a ski jump (50m long) ... so much for the Estonian flat land is quite hilly here ... ie. Viljandi to or from around the lake is then first pure for a long time gaaaaaaanz nature. We also have our own - I write about it now
times metaphorically -. "Bicycle", which lost at every step his last remaining screws and seems knarscht accordingly And if one now takes into account that it not only from mountain to mountain goes, but the road conditions can be best described as "miniature version of the Alps" accomplishes this bike (which, of course, neither light nor Bell nor brake) has true masterpieces. Of course you can brake with the bike ... but just only with the coaster brake ... and also easy to be delayed . Speaking of time delays (I love transitions! :-)), we now go to the pasta eating Valentina (Italian volunteers), my French is also ^ ^ so must go again ... I'm sorry that I do not write as often but we're always traveling somewhere and there are also really like to get to know what, why I am still quite simply very good g
eht and I am completely happy now. (Bullerbü + pink marble bathroom + my work + my colleagues + Estonian + your TV with French, English, Russian and German channels + Mini-student city + French and Italian volunteers + my roommate + Nature + a pastor and my mentor, my now already has the sacrament at Mass and to help hand out at the confirmation classes: to the next meal so much more + more = :-)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
All the best or Tervitus (Estonian for "Greetings"), Fabian

Future Value Of A Ordinary Annuity Calculator
Hurra, Hurra
We believe it will hardly, perhaps I set the heat too, or I sleep still cozy under my mosquito net in the rickety bed, but I think today I actually worked!
We have now got a project and after yesterday's work was cut because of some health (weekend-and alcohol-related) problems of our co-ordinator only wait and after four hours of paper work life starting today (hopefully). Our job is a work camp in December is preparing for the donations so clothes, dishes, food, etc are to be distributed to the population in the province of Inhambane, about 500 km north of Maputo. For this we must now all that is in Maputo and the neighboring city of Matola collect these donations. So I learn so little by little to know the city where I live now. Today, we have scoured two neighborhoods, so we are gone from house to house and are informed about our project and asked for donations. Next week we get the donations from then on. The people react differently to such questions as the people in Germany. Everyone was friendly (although some were clearly out of bed ...) and even though nobody really much has seemed all but ready to be give away anything.
's true but now I wait one month more confident. Yesterday, a Mozambican
is to come home to me that wanted me to help him with refunds from the pension due to him because he worked for 3.5 years in Germany. How bureaucratic is our country but the letters were drafted so that it is a mystery to me how non-native speakers should understand that. Even I really had problems with it ...
much today ... Actually I wanted to upload a few pictures, but until now there was always something in between ... But I hope to here a few visual impressions from Mozambique can offer to ...
