What Do I Need To Do Eyelash Extension
Finally, after almost two weeks now it works even me to report on the Internet. Since Saturday, I'm
in my host family. A mother with her two sons (6 and 11), its one niece (5) and her other niece (18), which throws the whole household, and a Swiss woman who is 3 weeks left there. So we are 7 persons in the household and have three (small) bedroom. I live in a rather poor part of Maputo, when it is dark (and it is currently starting at about 18.00 clock) it is recommended that no more than whites to put a step out the door. Clock to 12 noon there is running water, then just out of buckets. Luckily they have a gas stove so you can always make hot water to shower (of course only with the bucket). Everything is pretty dirty (my mosquito net keeps this from the mosquitoes, but every morning, some of which Kaefer ...). But we have a TV, DVD player, stereo and all have good mobile phones. The priorities in this country in many ways simply set different. But I think I need it and I will get used to. Now we have been so for the first time let out into the other culture. By Saturday, we volunteers were all together in the house of a nice grandmother on the outskirts. There are still two of the eight of us.
the first thing you learn here is to be patient. You spend an awful lot of time waiting. So I would have as well today in my Project will start, but I can find in half an hour, this will be probably only happen next week. Or this computer, which takes 20 minutes to download my mail.
And so it goes all the time. Sometimes it sucks, sometimes it's quite nice.
The city is incredibly dirty. The garbage is simply flung everywhere and most Srtassen are only made of sand. In most cases, you move on to the so-called Chapas. Small buses to as many people possible and we are squeezed in which mostly runs totally loud music. Sitting on the roadside, many women who sell everything. As a white one will also always stared. It is always a special role and I've learned to say very quickly that I 'm married. This is the simplest but most is not enough anyway.
On Saturday I took my host family to a baptism. Fanny (the Swiss) and I were pulled with all photos, but otherwise it was very impressive. It was totally a lot of singing, dancing and eating.
it difficult to describe the atmosphere here. In many ways I will certainly need a long time to get used to it. But with AJUDE are totally nice people who also like to be one.
Now I'm pretty excited about my project, if they ever even start. This week we have the morning language course with a totally wacky teacher.
In my family, the mother English, the other not, but I hope there on my ability to learn :-) The experience would have to work to some extent the Portuguese after a few weeks until now but since I still doubt.
For the time anyway I have no feeling, I know is also not to be deemed as long is a year actually. Sometimes it seems to me incredibly long, sometimes scary short.
But all in all it does me good and I'm curious what I will still expect Sun
